BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1 large bag frozen broccoli florets
1 lb. Velveeta cheese - grated
1 round sleeve ritz crackers - placed in a large ziploc baggie and crushed with rolling pin
1 cube butter - melted
Leave the broccoli out to thaw (or microwave until mostly thawed).
Layer: (1) Spread broccoli in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. (2) Drizzle 1/2 of butter on top (3) Layer on the velveeta cheese. (4) Next, spread around the cracker crumbs. (5) Drizzle the rest of the melted butter on top.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min. or until cheese seems melted and casserole is heated through.
A family favorite!
