Tacos in Pasta Shells

1 pkg. jumbo shells pasta
2 T. olive oil or margarine
1 ¼ obs. ground beef
1 tub of cream cheese with chives
1 tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp salt
2 cups cheddar jack cheese, grated
1 cup enchilada sauce
1 ½ c. crushed tortilla chips


Cook pasta shells according to package.
Drain and toss with margarine or olive oil.
Brown ground beef, drain.
Return to pan and heat meat with cream cheese, chili powder and salt.
Simmer 5 minutes 
Preheat oven to 350 ͦ.
Fill shells with beef mixture.
Arrange in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Spoon enchilada sauce over shells (I use a little more sauce usually)
Top with cheese, then tortilla chips.
Bake for 30 minutes.
