Mexican Chicken

6-8 Chicken Breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 large Jar of Salsa (my favorite is Peach/Mango from Costco)
1/4 cup Taco Seasoning
Combine salsa and taco seasoning.  Pour over chicken.  Cook in Crockpot on low for 6 hours.  Serve over rice.
